Tips and Advice on your Mouth Rinse

DIRECTIONS:

Adult and children 12 years of age and older:

• Before brushing, rinse full strength for 60 seconds with 15 ml (1/2 fluid oz. or 3 teaspoonfuls) once in the morning and once at night.
• Do not swallow the rinse.
• Do not use more than 2 times a day.
